Awakened: Evolving to Godhood

Chapter 192: Benjamin's cruel end!

Chapter 192: Benjamin\'s cruel end!

Why the hell was he still alive and appearing absolutely fine?

The fact that the magic contract hadn’t worked against Elliot even though he had ripped apart his limbs, crippling him, shocked Benjamin. However, there was 7 part confusion on his face and only 3 part shock. He wasn’t able to understand why he was asking about their plan even though he had already told him everything?! Had Elliot gone crazy?

Benjamin convulsed, not only because of the terrific pain assaulting his senses but also because of Elliot’s gaze. He was looking at him like he was staring at his prey, a living meal that he was going to devour.

Why was he looking at him like that?!

Elliot answered him in the very next moment.

Before Benjamin could even realize it, Elliot ripped apart his filth that had harmed many. He did it at the speed of the light, and blood sprayed on the ravaged surface of the cliff.

Only after did Benjamin feel the worse pain of his life. It was worse because it hurt him both physically and mentally. His manhood had gotten ripped off, and he was no longer a man!

“No!” “No!” Benjamin’s mouth opened reflexively, and a scream came out. It was full of sorrow, although loud and sharp, sharp because it came out of the mouth of a man who had turned into a eunuch. Every eye turned towards their direction. All of them belonged to the beasts who had climbed up the cliff and killed all the serpentine devils.

“Your voice; it’s distasteful.”

Elliot’s eyebrows dropped dangerously, and two lines of annoyance appeared in between them. It wasn’t hard to tell that his screech had ticked off the devil. To shut him up, he shoved Benjamin’s things down Benjamin’s throat. Some people say of doing such a thing to rapists, but Elliot had no qualms about doing it and even executed it!

Benjamin choked on his stuff! The onlookers felt terrified. They were all beasts with human-like intelligence, and some were even more intelligent; however, they had never seen someone as cruel as him. Was the human race this cruel?

“This is for all the women you’ve harmed.”

Elliot wasn’t a righteous person. After all, in his mind, they were hypocrites. What was the use of being righteous when you’re going to turn a blind eye to the injustice done to the ones who need help—the lowest of the society? Was it righteous when you’re blinded by greed and thinking with your lower body?

He didn’t believe himself to be righteous, but he indulged in the sea of chaotic people. He will punish and torture anyone to death who crosses his bottom line. Killing humans with no power to defend themselves; humans who were doing their best to survive in these turbulent times was one of them. Raping defenseless people was another.

Benjamin had done both, and he was now nothing more than a piece of meat in Elliot’s eyes. He will use him to satisfy his twisted calls.

“Ten fingers, one by one, I will crush them. If you happen to faint, I will wring your neck.”

“Don’t do it!” Obviously, he wasn’t able to say those words out loud. However, his widened eyes filled with redness begged Elliot to kill him.

Of course, Elliot didn’t, and he had his fun breaking him apart, starting from fingers to his toes and then every inch of his body. In the middle of it, though, Benjamin fell unconscious. Although he was so badly damaged that he should’ve died, he was still alive, and his beating heart proved it.

“The blessing of the serpentine devil, it’s truly great! Any other person, magician or not, would’ve already died! Yet, he is still alive.”

In truth, most people become the followers of the serpent because it provides them with an endless vitality that keeps them alive even if their bodies get broken!

“This toy was boring.”

Sigh.

The onlookers saw Eliot’s grip tightening on benjamin’s neck and his fingers pressing on his windpipe.

Benjamin’s face turned as red as a ripe tomato as Elliot squeezed his neck, squeezing the breath and life out of him.

Benjamin’s body reflexively squirmed like a fish, begging to breathe in air.

His eyes also snapped open, threatening to pop out of their sockets.

He knew that he would die if this maniac continued to tighten his grip.

So, he begged him with his eyes, tears and snot running down his face.

Elliot watched his struggle in fascination.

Suddenly, he loosened his grip, causing Benjamin to think that Elliot couldn’t kill him for some reason. He immediately thought that it might be because of the magic contract. ‘Right, that must be it! The backlash of the contract will kill him, and that’s why he can’t kill me! I can survive this ordeal! The blessing of the great serpent still lies in my body, and it will heal me. As long as I survive, I can regain my body and strength!’

Benjamin’s expression told what he was thinking to Elliot, who was smirking. A sly look flashed in his eyes. Giving hope to villains before drowning them in darkness always managed to give him an odd sense of pleasure.

“Yes, but that’s only going to happen if you survive, my useless toy.”

Benjamin’s expression dropped faster than an airplane crashing down to the ground.

Elliot didn’t say anything anymore and put more strength into his hand. He was engrossed in his role as a killer. He only had one thought ringing in his mind. Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill!

Crack~he put in so much strength that he ended up wringing Benjamin’s neck for real.

The person who had tormented more than a thousand died a dog’s death! All his glory, all his wealth, everything became useless in the blink of an eye. He disappeared just like that.

[You’ve killed an early-stage magic grandmaster. You’ve gained the right to extract the essence of life out of his body.]
